Purchases/Returns policy

We at Senscription Box provide you with a 24 hour return policy* for all full-priced purchases. Simply reach out to us and we will cancel your order.

Shipping policy

Current shipping time is 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday. All items are made to order and handmade. Please allow plenty of time for your item to arrive as we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays. You will receive a tracking number at time of shipment via email. Please ensure your address is correct at time of check out to avoid lost or stolen packages. 

Shipping on single purchase subscription box is 2 weeks from purchase. If ordered from the featured month's box, shipping is on or around the 1st of the month. If the 1st falls on Sunday, we ship the Saturday before. If purchased within the last week of the month, your 1st box ships the next month. We use USPS and UPS to ship all our products.

Your order will always be processed as quickly as possible. However, shipping and delivery times may vary based on the products you order. Shipping times may be subject to delay without notice. If there is any unforeseen delay, you will be notified. Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method, weight, and distance.

We currently ship products anywhere in the United States and working on shipping to Canada (Canada customers will be responsible for all tax and duties that apply). If you are outside of our shipping area, please call for special shipping rates and availability.

We use Shippo for all our shipping. The rate shown on your purchase is based off of current ship rates with USPS. If there is a difference in shipping price, we will refund you the difference upon shipping your order.

Senscription Box reserves the right to change shipping method if the charges are of equal or lesser value, to ensure our customers receive their products in the most time efficient method.
